Peter Ross Clapin was presented with a law license in 1983

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Peter guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Falsely certified he witnessed signing of mortgage document
• Expended trust fund monies without proper authorization
• Falsely certified that he witnessed the singing of a guarantee document

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal punished Peter by gifting him with a public reprimand and a $7,500 find.
