Attorney Philip Gleeson of Victoria, AUS; ethical misfit

Philip Thomas Gleeson was presented with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the University of Melbourne Law School.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

Guilty of unsatisfactory profession conduct

Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Phil!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $1,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Phil practices with Gleeson & Co. at 376 Saint Kilda Road, in Saint Kilda, Victoria, Australia.
