Attorney Neil Sweeney of Baton Rouge; ethical misfit

The state of Louisiana presented Neil D. Sweeney with a law license in 1983

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Neil guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to properly supervise non-attorney office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Neil by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca) February 2014) Neil practices with The Sweeney Law Firm, LLC at 7921 Picardy Avenue in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
