Attorney Jeremiah Scannell III of Gold Beach, OR; serial offender  

The State of Oregon presented Jeremiah J. Scannell III with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Jeremiah guilty of the following misconduct.

• Disregarded various state court orders
• Communicated or caused another to communicate on subject of representation
• Thumbed his nose at Bankruptcy orders made during course of proceedings
• Violated multiple disciplinary rules

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jeremiah’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license and a seperate public reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Jeremiah by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2019) Jeremiah practices at 29975 Harbor Way in Gold Beach, Oregon.
