Attorney Roberto Culas of Midvale, UT; ethical dwarf

The state of Utah presented Roberto G. Culas with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School. 

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Roberto guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent services (Moron)
• Violated or attempted to violate disciplinary rule or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so
• Failed to properly supervise non-lawyer assistants
• Admitted he lacked skills to handle Workers’ Compensation cases

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Roberto’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Roberto by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2014) Roberto practices 75 East 7200 Street in Midvale, Utah.
