Attorney Richard Austin of Flint; ethical dwarf

The state of Michigan provided Richard L. Austin with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from George Washington University Law School.

The Genesee County Hearing Panel #4 found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

While representing Flint Township as the prosecuting attorney in a drunk driving prosecution against a female defendant, Dick found it acceptable to engage in a sexual relationship with the defendant.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Dick practices at 702 Church Street in Flint, Michigan.
