Attorney Michael Terrell of Marietta, GA; ethical dwarf

The state of Georgia presented Michael Lawrence Terrell with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Scott guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mike settled a portion of his client’s claims without the client’s authority for $98,250. Mike deposited the funds in his trust account and at various time his trust account had insufficient funds to cover the client’s $98,250 in settlement funds.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Michael by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Michael practices at 3405 Dallas Highway in Marietta, Georgia.
