Attorney John Morris of Bridgeton, NJ; serial offender

The state of New Jersey presented John P. Morris with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Temple University Law School. Johnny was provided with a law license in 1975 from the state of Pennsylvania.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to expedite client’s litigation
  • Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter
  • Misrepresented [lied] to client and client’s mother about legal work performed

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Johnny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) separate complimentary admonitions and one (1) reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary Censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2014) Johnny practices at 200 West Commerce Street in Bridgeton, New Jersey.
