Attorney Charles McCall of Midlothian, VA; ethical dwarf

 
The state of Virginia presented Charles Jefferson McCall with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.
 
The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to preserve identity of client funds
  • Failed to comply with record keeping requirements as court appointed guardian
  • Failed to fully cooperate with bar investigation (Up Yours, said Charlie!)
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Charlie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Charlie by giving him with a second complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. Jan 2014), Charlie practices at 550 Coalfield Road in Midlothian, Virginia.
