Attorney Steven Oser of Suffolk, VA; ethical misfit

The state of Virginia presented Steven Morton Oser with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Whittier Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Steven guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to respond to client communications
  2. Failed to provide competent representation
  3. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  4. Failed to advise client that his appeal had been dismissed
  5. Failed to provide copies of records requested by client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Steven by giving him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. Jan 2014), Steven practices with Steven M. Oser, P.C. at 312 North Main Street in Suffolk, Virginia.
