Attorney George Talbot, Jr. of Portsmouth, VA; repeat offender

The state of

Virginia presented George Edward Talbot Jr. with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from the University of Richmond Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found George guilty of the following misconduct.

George repeatedly failed to file estate accountings with the probate court as required while serving as an executor.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t George’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received three (3) separate complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished George by giving him with a fourth complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. Jan 2014), George practices at

307 Rockbridge Road in Portsmouth, Virginia.
