The state of Connecticut provided Richard A. Volo with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (Dufus)
• Failed to provide client with written fee agreement as required

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Dick’s first bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received another complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2014) Dick practices at 435 New Haven Avenue in Derby, Connecticut.
