Attorney Rex Fuller III of Chesapeake Beach, MD; ethical misfit

The state of Maryland presented Rex L. Fuller III with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School. Rex was also provided with a law license to practice in DC and Nebraska.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Rex guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Faield to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
  2. Failed to communicate with his clients
  3. Failed to obtain informed consent to joint representation
  4. Failed to obtain confirmation of representation in writing
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Rex by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2014), Rex practices with the Fuller Law Firm at 7913 Bayside Road in Chesapeake Beach, Maryland.
