The state of Maryland presented Julia Schoenfeld with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Maryland Law School.
 
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Julia guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to maintain prepaid unearned fees in trust account until earned
  • Failed to return unearned retainer fees upon termination (cheater)
  • Failed to properly supervise subcontractor which led to theft of funds
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme
Court punished Julia by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. January 2014), Julia practices at 307 Oak Knoll Road in Rockville, Maryland.
