Attorney Blair Presson of Lexington, TN; ethical misfit

The state of Tennessee presented Blair A. Presson with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Blair guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
  • Charged with a Class A criminal misdemeanor
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonest, deceit, fraud or misrepresentation
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Blair by gifting him with his second complimentary censure

As we speak (ca. January 2014), Blair practices at 11 North Broad Street in Lexington, Tennessee.
