Is Judge Richard McQuade qualified to act as a mediator re: Sandusky Police Chief’s case? No!!!

Ms. Kim Nuesse is the Chief of Police of Sandusky, Ohio which is famous for being the site of Cedar Point, a well known amusement park, famous for its numerous roller-coaster rides.
Ms. Nuesse has been involved in an ongoing dispute with the City of Sandusky regarding her firing. Previously, retired Judge Joseph Cirigliano of Elyria, Ohio was hired by the City of Sandusky to act as a hearing officer for the Civil Service appeal in the firing of police Chief Kim Nuesse. The records I have accumulated over the years prove that Judge Joseph Cirigliano and Richard B. McQuade, Jr. have been friends and associates for many, many years. In fact, they were partnered up in an organization offering their so-called services as “rent-a-judges” (arbitrators, mediators and private judges) beginning in the mid-1990s. In addition, they have both been employed as visiting retired judges in Ohio beginning in the early 1990s.
From 1998 to 2001, Judge Joseph Cirigliano earned (a) $377,747 as a visiting retired judge, (b) over $500,000 in retirement benefits from the state, (c) $81,737 in rent-a-judge income, and (d) at least $80,000 in investment income for average yearly earnings of $216,800.
From 1999 to 2001, Judge Richard B. McQuade, Jr. earned (a) $112,563 as a visiting retired judge, (b) over $420,000 in retirement benefits from the state, Blue Cross and his law firm, (c) $227,378 in rent-a-judge income, and (d) at least $90,000 in investment income for average yearly earnings of $370,000.
On several occasions if not more, Judge Richard B. McQuade, Jr. has been appointed to replace Judge Joseph Cirigliano as a visiting retired judge in pending cases.
To suggest that Judges McQuade and Cirigliano do not have a longstanding relationship would be akin to arguing that Tiger Woods did not have a long term relationship with.
Based on the records of Judges McQuade and Cirigliano, I can assure you that police Chief Kim Nuesse will not be treated fairly if Judge Richard McQuade is allowed to act as a mediator in this matter.
In fact, the chances of Ms. Nuesse being treated fairly by Judge Richard B. McQuade, Jr. are about as good as persuading the late Jeffrey Dahmer to forgo being a carnivore.
