Attorney David Albright of Burnsville, MN; ethical ogre

The state of Minnesota presented David E. Albright with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Hamline University Law School.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found David guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Engaged in a conflict of interest
  2. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  3. Failed to safeguard client property
  4. Knowingly made a false statement
  5. Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client’s interest upon termination
  6. Knowingly disobeyed a court rule and/or order
  7. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished David by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2014), David practices at 4120 Lexington Avenue in Eagan, Minnesota.
