Attorney Daniel Vedra of Denver; convict
The state of Colorado provided Daniel James Vedra with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.
The Colorado State Bar found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.
In late 2012, Danny was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault and disturbing the peace.
Several weeks later, Danny pleaded guilty to the assault and disturbing the peace criminal charges.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 60-day suspension of his law license.
In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t actually mete out any meaningful punishment to Danny.
As we speak (ca. January 2014), Danny practices with Vedra Wali LLC at 1435 Larimer Street in Denver, Colorado.
