Attorney William Peters of Denver; ethical dwarf

The state of Colorado presented William Ellery Peters with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Bill guilty of the following misconduct.

Billy failed to properly safeguard his client funds by holding those funds separate from his own property. Put simply, Billy was guilty of improperly commingling client funds with his personal funds.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak, (ca. January 2014), Billy practices at 668 Gaylord Street in Denver, Colorado.
