The state of New Jersey presented Peter Rosen with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.
The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.
Peter had the chutzpah to assist his real estate developer client in illegally shifting the obligation to pay realty transfer fees from the sellers to the buyers.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. January 2014) Pete practices at 431 Route 10 in Randolph, New Jersey.
