The state of New Jersey presented Victor K. Rabbat with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Brooklyn Law School.
The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Victor guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Victor was hired by a client who had retained him for the sole purpose of replacing another attorney who had neglected his case. Put simply, the client replaced one loser with another!
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Victor by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.
As we speak (ca. January 2014) Victor practices with Rabbat & Rabbat at 409 Minnisink Road in Totowa, New Jersey.
