The state of New Jersey presented Paul R. Melletz with a law license in 1963 after he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Paul guilty of the following misconduct.
Paulie found it acceptable to engage in fee-sharing with a non-lawyer paralegal, conduct that Paulie absolutely knew was prohibited.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Paul by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.
As we speak (ca. December 2013) Paul practices at 411 Route 70 East in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
