The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Joey failed to record the deed and mortgage on behalf of a client (victim) for eighteen (18) months from the time of the closing despite the fact that he was employed as the settlement agent,.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. December 2013) Joey practices at 2600 Highway 35 in Manasquan, New Jersey.
