Attorney Robert Kobin of Succasunna, NJ; ethical gremlin

The state of New Jersey presented Robert Douglas Kobin with a law license in 1986 after graduating from Capitol University Law School in Columbus, Ohio.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Gleb guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to keep client informed re: status of legal matter
  • Improperly withdrew representation of client
  • Failed to protect client’s interest after being fired
  • Failed to properly supervise subordinate attorney
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics agency (Up Yours, said Bobby!)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2013) Robert practices with Nusbaum, Stein, Goldstein, Bronstein & Kron, LPA at 20 Commerce Blvd in Succasunna, New Jersey.
