Attorney Silvia Sanders of Orlando; ethical misfit
The state of Florida presented Silvia Rodriguez Sanders with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from Stetson University Law College.
The Florida State Bar found Silvia guilty of the following misconduct.
Silvia failed to exercise reasonable diligence to ensure that he law firm’s trust account was in compliance with the State Bar Rules.
As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Silvia by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. January 2014) Silvia practices with The Sanders Firm PA in Orlando, Florida.
