Judge David Evans of Gallipolis, OH; moronic bully 
The state of Ohio presented David Dean Evans with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Capitol University Law School in Columbus.
The Ohio State Bar Assn Grievance Committee found Michelle guilty of the following misconduct.
While sitting on the bench, Dave became involved in an ongoing dispute with Public Defender, Robert W. Bright based on Bright’s filing of a motion questioning Dave’s refusal to accept pleas that were agreed to by defendant’s and the Prosecuting Attorney.
In an effort to teach Mr. Bright a lesson he wouldn’t soon forget, Dave entered an order removing Mr. Bright from all 63 cases wherein he was assigned to represent indigent defendants. As a result of Dave’s despicable conduct, the County Public Defender’s Office had no choice but to let Mr. Bright go because there was no work for him to perform since he was barred from practicing in Dave’s courtroom.
Evan though Dave admitted that he had a personal bias against Mr. Bright, he refused to remove himself from any of the 63 cases then pending before Dave that Mr. Bright was assigned to by the County Defender’s Office. Instead, Dave the Bully decided to render Mr. Bright unemployable in order to get even with him for questioning “His Majesty’s” deplorable conduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary stayed one-year suspension of he law license.
In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Dave.
As we speak (ca. December 2013), Judge Evans remains sitting as a Gallia County Common Pleas Judge in Gallipolis, Ohio, which is about 55 miles northwest of Charleston, West Virginia.
