From 1997 to 2001 Judge Tommy Thompson defrauded the State of Ohio and Franklin County (Columbus) by filling for 791 hours he never worked.
During this timeframe, Judge Tommy Thompson submitted 138 claims for judicial services that he clearly never performed as set forth below.
As a direct result of his fraudulent claims, Judge Tommy Thompson received $40,000 for judicial services he never rendered on behalf of the citizens and taxpayers of Ohio and Columbus. In total Judge Tommy Thompson received $6,000 for the taxpayers in Columbus and $34,000 from the State.
