The Statewide Grievance Committee found David guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to provide written fee agreement to client (victim) as required
  • Failed to comply with client’s request for copy of his file
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished David by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. December 2013) David practices at 79 South Benson Road in Fairfield, Connecticut.
