Attorney Joy Thomas of Ft. Worth; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Joy M. Thomas with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

The District 7 Grievance Committee found Joy guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Neglected legal matter entrusted to her
  2. Frequently failed to carry completely obligations owed to clients
  3. Failed to keep clients reasonably informed about status of personal injury matter
  4. Failed to comply with reasonable client requests for information
  5. Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to allow clients to make informed decisions re: representation
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished by gifting Joy with a complimentary reprimand

As we speak (ca. December 2013) Joy practices at 610 Grove Street in Fort Worth, Texas.
