Attorney Rogelio Vargas of San Antonio; crook

 
The state of Texas presented Rogelio Vargas with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.
 
The District 10 Grievance Committee found Rogelio guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Neglected client legal matters
  • Failed to keep clients reasonably informed about status of cases
  • Failed to return unearned fees (crook)
  • Failed to timely respond to ethics grievances (Up Yours, said Rogelio)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished by gifting Rogelio with a complimentary 4-year fully probated suspension.
 
In truth, the comedians sitting on the Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Rogelio. 
 
As we speak (ca. December 2013) Rogelio practices at 800 Dolorosa Street in San Antonio, Texas.
