Attorney Perry Cortese of Little River Academy, TX; cheater

The state of Texas presented Perry Don Cortese with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law School.

In late 2011, the 169th District Court of Bell County found Perry guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client’s interests after being terminated
  • Failed to return papers and property to client after termination
  • Failed to refund unearned advance fee payments (cheater)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished by gifting Perry with a complimentary 90-day fully probated suspension.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Perry.

As we speak (ca. December 2013) Perry practices at 101 South Evans Street in Little River Academy, Texas.
