The state of Texas presented Brian Anthony Hamner with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law School.
 
The District 10 Grievance Committee found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
  • Failed to refund ($2,500) in unearned attorney fees (crook)
  • Failed to communicate with client
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished by gifting Allyson with a complimentary 18 month fully probated suspension.
 
In truth, the comedians sitting on the Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Brian.
 
As we speak (ca. December 2013) Brian practices at 922 South Alamo in San Antonio, Texas.
