Unfortunately, the Ohio Supreme Court provided attorney Michael Murman with a license to practice law in 1975.
In the late 1990s, Chief Justice Thomas Moyer determined that attorney Michael Murman merited appointment to the Ohio Supreme Court Board of Commissioners and Grievances. This so-called Commission’s duty is to protect Ohioans from becoming victims of dishonest/incompetent attorneys and/judges.
The public record of this inept Commission clearly indicates that its primary purpose is to act as enablers and apologists for dishonest/incompetent attorneys and judges in Ohio.
During his tenure on the Disciplinary Commission, attorney Michael Murman repeatedly violated Ohio Supreme Court rules on reimbursement for travel expenses. The violations regarding lodging expenses are as follows:
Attorney Michael Murman also violated Ohio Supreme Court travel expense records in billing for parking in Columbus as follows:
Again we have Chief Justice Thomas Moyer appointing yet another certified ethical-leper-con to sit in judgment of attorneys and judges in Ohio.
I wonder how much attorney Michael Murman bills and/or over-bills his clients in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area given his track record as set forth above.
