The state of Texas presented Quinon A. Brooker with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.
 
The District 4 Grievance Committee found Quinon guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
  • Failed to keep client informed about status of her lawsuit
  • Failed to promptly comply with reasonable client requests for information
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished by gifting Kevin with a complimentary partially probated suspension of his law license.
 
In truth, the comedians sitting on the Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Quinon.
 
As we speak (ca. December 2013) Quinon practices at 4801 Woodway Drive in Houston, Texas.
