The state of Michigan provided Eric B. Dodson with a law license in 2001.
 
The Emmet County Hearing Panel #1 found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Failed to adequately communicate with his client
  3. Failed to deposit advance fees into client trust account
  4. Failed to refund unearned fee (crook)
  5. Failed to return documents to client upon being fired
  6. Failed to respond to requests from disciplinary authorities (Up Yours, said Eric!)
  7. Failed to seek his client’s lawful objectives
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.
