The state of Texas presented Lott J. Brooks III with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law College.
A panel of the District 4 Grievance Committee found Lott guilty of the following misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Lott by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. December 2013) Lott practices at 1314 Texas Street in Houston, Texas.
