The state of Texas presented Cynthia Stagner with a law license in 1984 after she graduated St.; Baylor University Law College.
 
A panel of the District 1 Grievance Committee found Cynthia guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to keep client informed about status of child custody matter
  • Failed to comply with client requests for information
  • Failed to refund advance fees ($1,200) she had not earned (crook)
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Cynthia by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. December 2013) Cynthia practices at 235 North Travis in Sherman, Texas.
