Attorney Jose Tellez of Laredo; repeat offender

The state of Texas presented Jose Salvador Tellez with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law College.

A panel of the District 12 Grievance Committee found Jose guilty of the following misconduct.

Jose failed to communicate with his client (victim).

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jose’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for enaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Jose by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2013) Jose practices at 1102 Scott Street in Laredo, Texas.
