The state of Connecticut provided Bruce D. Rubenstein with a law license in 1981
 
The Statewide Grievance Committee found Bruce guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to abide by client’s instructions
  • Improperly revealed client confidential medical records
  • Utilized prohibited procedures in defending ethics complaint
  • Failed to explain matter sufficiently to allow client to make informed decision re: representation
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. November 2013) Bruce practices with Rubenstein & Sendy, LLC at 124 Jefferson Street in Hartford, Connecticut.
