The Arizona State Bar found Francisco guilty of misconduct as set forth below.

  • Failed to safeguard client property and/or funds
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Failed to promptly disburse funds lawfully belong to client or third part
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
