Attorney Mark Jaffe of Princeton, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented Mark H. Jaffe with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

Mark found it acceptable to make false statements of material fact to a trial judge in a municipal court case that resulted in Mark being permitted to withdraw from the case without giving notice to a client (victim) who did not speak English, or to her English-speaking representative.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Mark’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand from the comedians sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2013) Mark practices at 195 Nassau Street in Princeton, New Jersey.
