The state of New Jersey presented John M. Falzone, Jr. with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Brooklyn Law School.
 
The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found John guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Johnny failed to properly supervise his secretary-wife
  • Failed to conduct three-way reconciliations of his trust account
  • Lied to ethics investigators during its investigation
Johnny’s gross negligence and mismanagement of his wife enabled her to steal over $275,000 from his attorney trust account.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished John by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. November 2013) John practices at 800 Inman Avenue in Colonia, New Jersey.
