Attorney Aurelia Durant of Moorestown, NJ; ethical misfit
The state of New Jersey presented Aurelia M. Durant with a law license in 1999 after she graduated from Rutgers University Law School.
The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Aurelia guilty of the following misconduct.
Aurelia found it acceptable to not notify any of her clients that she would be moving out-of-state and that another attorney would be handling their bankruptcy cases.
She also failed to perform any follow as to the status of the bankruptcy cases that had been taken over by the other attorney.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Aurelia by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. November 2013) Aurelia practices at 401 Route 70 East in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
