Attorney Michael Ward of Fairfax, VA; repeat offender

The state of Virginia presented Michael Alan Ward with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Richmond Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to decline or terminate representation when required
  • Misconduct involving bar admission and disciplinary matters
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Mike’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2013), Mike practices at 4085 Chain Bridge Road in Fairfax, Virginia
