The state of Virginia presented Earnest Wayne Powell with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from University of Richmond Law School.
The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Jad guilty of the following misconduct.
Ernest found it acceptable to untruthful in statements he made to others and while dealing with persons who were not represented by an attorney.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Ernest by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As one would suspect, Ernie fails to disclose the aforementioned misconduct on his self-serving website at www.powellandparish.com. Apparently Ernie chose to conceal said information in order to not limit his future victim pool.
