Attorney Anthony Spencer of Bowling Green, VA; ethical misfit
The state of Virginia presented Anthony George Spencer with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.
The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Anthony guilty of the following misconduct.
Anthony’s misconduct involved his failure to properly supervise non-lawyer assistants. It also involved issues dealing with his bar admission and the manner in which he dealt with various disciplinary matters.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Anthony by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. November 2013), Anthony practices at 111 Ennis Street in Bowling Green, Virginia.
