Attorney Gregory Casker of Chatham, VA; serial offender
The state of Virginia presented Gregory Thomas Casker with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the William & Mary University Law School.
The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Gregory guilty of the following misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Gregory by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Greg’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary admonitions for engaging in a variety of misconduct, one in 2005 and the other in 2011.
As we speak (ca. November 2013), Greg practices at Nine Payne Street in Chatham, Virginia.
