The state of Michigan provided David H. Fried with a law license in 1956
 
The Tri- County Hearing Panel #11 found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to keep client reasonably informed about status of legal matter
  • Failed to explain matter to extent to permit client to make informed decisions re: representation
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. December 2013), Dave practices with David H. Fried & Associates PC at 645 Griswold Street in Detroit, Michigan.
