The St. Clair County Hearing Panel #1 found Justin guilty of the following misconduct.
Johnny was criminally convicted of operating a vehicle while intoxicated (DUI).
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Justin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
