The Tri-County Hearing Panel #62 found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Neglected two legal matters entrusted to him
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Entered into an improper business transaction with a client
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. November 2013), Johnny practices with John P. Davidson & Associates in Rochester, Michigan.
